3 Pelajaran kebijaksanaan dari Negeri Tirai Bambu

Learn to do three things

People have only "three days," namely, yesterday, today, tomorrow.Between yesterday and today is the back door; between today and tomorrow is the front door.

Among these "three days" the most important is "today.Let bygones be bygones,
Don't worry about what tomorrow will bring,

The most important thing is to make good on what should be done today.
To get through today, one must learn to do three things.

First is "knowing to close the door.By closing the doors to yesterday and tomorrow, one will be much more at ease.

Second is "knowing to count."
One must know to count one's blessings.
Some people only remember difficulties and problems, never remembering their blessings.
Some people never remember any of the right things they did,

while remembering many of the wrong things they did.

Disciples have only added much to their vexations.

Third is "knowing to give up.

Remember this firmly: "Give first, gain later; only in giving can one gain; after giving one definitely will gain."

Learn to say these three things:

First phrase: "forget about it" (or "let it be" ...)

My wallet/purse was stolen, forget about it

The television broke, forget about it

I broke my bones, forget about it

I'm blind, forget about it

Given that things have already happened, it's best to be able to just accept them.

Second phrase: "it doesn't matter" (or "it's not important" ...)
No matter what happens, one must learn to say "it doesn't matter. One must always be optimistic and hopeful; if the sky falls those who are taller will support it.

Third phrase: "it'll pass"There's a common saying, it is not always dark.Don't be worried, it (darkness, etc...) will completely pass.

Learn the three methods

Three ways of happiness

Helping others is the root of happiness, being self-content and always worry-free, finding a way to be cheerful no matter what
Three ways of not punishing
One, do not punish oneself for others' mistakes
Two, do not punish others for one's own mistakes
Three, do not punish oneself for one's own mistakes

The method to reduce one's age by 10 years

For example, if you were 78 years old,

when others ask how old you are, you should say: I'm 68

Don't look down upon this method, it has an obvious youthful effect

With a youthful state of mind, one will naturally appear to be youthful
